The former Doctor took time out of his busy schedule while filming in Austin, to cheer up four-year-old Whovian, Jack Robinson. Sadly, Jack is seriously ill with an inoperable brain tumor. Smith promised a visit when he got back to England including a quiz for young Jack and we hope he is able to send his love in person.
So if you're having a rough day, stop and watch this video, smile and count your blessings. Cheers to Matt and especially to Jack.
