'Revolution' revealed: Episode three

NBC
We are three episodes into Revolution, and some big plot points were revealed last night. We discovered more about Miles' (Billy Burke) past and connection to the Monroe Militia. Also, Aaron (Zak Orth) gets a chance to geek out over a computer, and unlocks a little part of the mystery behind the lights going out. Ben (Tim Guinee) was bullied a bit - something Aaron mentioned as well - but eventually kicked some ass and gained some respect from Captain Neville (Giancarlo Esposito).

But the show highlight was the introduction of Mark Pellegrino as militia commander Jeremy, who just owned each of his scenes.

What did you think about episode three? Check out the clip below where Erik Kripke and the cast talk about the perils of perception and best intentions.

With this movie, some tough themes are brought up, like when they show the woman shooting someone for food. The tough moral dilemma’s they show are acted and touched upon in a way that doesn’t make it too controversial to watch or talk about, which I like. With each episode, Revolution is digging deeper into what things were like right after the anomaly, and so far, my DISH coworker and I think they’re doing a decent job keeping the suspense going. We watch commercial free with Auto Hop on PrimeTime recordings too because we’re TV people, so we can watch more of it when he comes over to visit.
