Directed by Bryan Singer (X-Men, Superman Returns) the film is based on the well-know fairy tale, "Jack the Giant Killer" - or, as we remember it, "Jack and the Beanstalk." It stars Nicholas Hoult (Warm Bodies) as Jack, Eleanor Tomlinson as Princess Isabelle and Stanley Tucci as the power-hungry, “Lord Roderick.”

A modern day fairy tale in which the long-standing peace between men and giants is threatened, as a young farmer leads an expedition into the giants' kingdom in hopes of rescuing a kidnapped princess.The slaying is scheduled to take place on March 1, 2013, but you can check out the official trailer here.
