After the success of V/H/S (which led to its sequel V/H/S/2 getting rushed into production), director Adam Wingard is certainly making an impression on the horror genre. So what’s next for him? Well, it’s coming much sooner than you think!The trailer for his latest flick You’re Next has debuted and looks to be chilling and gory (with a good use of a Lou Reed song!), and is embedded below. The movie, which has actually been kicking around since 2011 before getting distribution from Lionsgate, stars Sharni Vinson, Rob Moran, Barbara Crampton (Re-Animator & From Beyond), Ti West (director of The Innkeepers & House of the Devil), Wendy Glenn, Amy Seimetz, Joe Swanberg, AJ Bowen and Nicholas Tucci.
The official plot: "When a gang of masked, ax-wielding murderers descend upon the Davison family reunion, the hapless victims seem trapped ... until an unlikely guest of the family proves to be the most talented killer of all."
