FX renews 'American Horror Story' for third season

Courtesy Huffington Post
Great news for fans of FX Network's show American Horror StoryThe network announced they have renewed the show for a third season. Oh, and Jessica Lange will be returning as well.

No word yet on the title of the new season or the premiere date, although we know it will be in the Fall 2013. According to a statement by John Landgraf, president and general manager of FX Networks, that was featured in the Huffington Post:
"With American Horror Story: Asylum, Ryan and Brad have raised the bar in every way from 'Murder House,' the first 'American Horror Story' miniseries, and their original idea - the notion of doing an anthological series of miniseries with a repertory cast - has proven groundbreaking, wildly successful and will prove to be trendsetting. We can’t wait to see what deviously brilliant ideas they come up with for their third miniseries."

Are you excited about this news or has this season disappointed you? Any thoughts on ideas for a season 3 theme? Jessica Lange plays a sadistic nun in this season so we could only imagine what she’ll tackle in the next one.

I love AHS! I can't wait to see what happens next but I don't want the miniseries to end yet either! There is a lot to clean up before the series ends just yet. Questions and more questions have to be answered.
What I would like to see for 2013 AHS? So many choices really....they could do something down in Louisiana on Hoodoo Voodoo. They could do something in a prison, maybe? Okay maybe I'm watching too much of "The Walking Dead." Better yet do something that involves Area 51 and what all they could find there? I could go on and on..... :)
