Led by Brian J. Cano of the Syfy series Haunted Collector and Paranormal Pop Culture contributor Christopher Mancuso, documentary filmmaking team Scared! won an award for Best Cinematography at the third Macabre Faire Film Fest.
The award was for the 2011 Scared! doc Haunted Snug Harbor, shot on site at the at the famous supposedly-haunted location in Staten Island, NY, where the crew explored the dark history of the location. Following the doc, paranormal series Ghost Hunters and Ghost Adventures investigated this former home to aged sailors.
The next stop for the Macabre Faire Film Fest this September in Bethlehem, Penn., at the first annual Parafest. And don't miss tonight's season finale of Haunted Collector on Syfy at 9 p.m. EDT.
