Learn to Speak Dothraki with New Language Course

Khal Drogo and Khaleesi from "Game of Thrones"
Fans of "Game of Thrones"are a pretty cool bunch but if you want to immerse yourself a little more (or a lot more) into the language and culture of the Dothraki and learn a phrase or 500, we can guarantee your "cool" status will be elevated.

On October 7, HBO Global Licensing will partner with Living Language to bring an official guide to Dothraki called Living Language Dothraki: A Conversational Language Course Based on the Hit Original HBO Series "Game of Thrones." The guide is compiled by acclaimed language and culture consultant David J. Peterson and if you'll be at San Diego Comic Con, you'll be able to meet and interact with him at the Random House booth (#1515).

"With more than 500 words and phrases, and including never-before-heard material and words coined exclusively for the Living Language Dothraki course, fans will have the chance to master the language and join Daenerys on her march toward King’s Landing to reclaim the Iron Throne."

Are you up for the challenge? We'll keep you posted on any further info but if you're at SDCC, be sure to stop by the booth and say hello. You can learn to say to your Khaleesi, "Yer jalan atthirari anni." (You are the moon of my life.) or say to your Khal, "Shekh ma shieraki anni." (My sun and stars.). Or just learn some cool curse words.
