Call Now to Enroll in Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters

If you have an extraordinary child (and who doesn't?), Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters might be the right place for him or her to hone their talents. Let's flashback to 1983 and this "commercial" for the special school, or maybe it's just a clever way to promote X-Men: Apocalypse? Yeah it's probably that.

It's a fun way to spend a minute and perfect for Throwback Thursday so just out the video below. The Bryan Singer-directed film is in theaters on May 27.

Synopsis:
Following the critically acclaimed global smash hit X-Men: Days of Future Past, director Bryan Singer returns with X-MEN: APOCALYPSE. Since the dawn of civilization, he was worshipped as a god. Apocalypse, the first and most powerful mutant from Marvel’s X-Men universe, amassed the powers of many other mutants, becoming immortal and invincible. James McAvoy to Portray Dr. Frankenstein in Upcoming Film

20th Century Fox has cast James McAvoy (X-Men: First Class, Wanted) as Dr. Victor Von Frankenstein in their upcoming, unnamed film project.

Daniel Radcliffe will portray Frankenstein's assistant, Igor, and interestingly he'll be more of a focus in the film. It will also have more of a sci-fi twist to it, rather than being another rehash of Mary Shelley's classic tale.

This version will be penned by Max Landis (Chronicle) and directed by Paul McGuigan (Lucky Number Slevin). As of now, McAvoy and Radcliffe are the only members to have been cast in the film.

Production is set to begin this fall and the project has a tentative release date of Oct. 17, 2014.
