Add Jessica Chastain and Selena Gomez to the List of Ghost-Believing Celebs

Jessica Chastain from "Crimson Peak"
From Cher believing that she still communicates with Sonny, to Kesha believing her vagina is haunted, the list of celebrities that believe in ghosts is pretty long. Now we can add Crimson Peak star, Jessica Chastain and pop star, Selena Gomez to that list.

On Tuesday, Chastain admitted on "The Today Show" that she's definitely a believer and has been for a while now,"I loved [scary movies]. I remember when I was in high school I had Gothic friends and — oh, my God — we loved 'Interview with a Vampire,' Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt and all those costumes."

She admits that she didn't want the lead in Guillermo del Toro's Crimson Peak. She wanted a different role than the director had in mind for her,"He sent it to me thinking that I was going to respond to Edith. That's the lead character, so of course, what actress wouldn't? But yeah, I wanted the darker one."

On her ghostly beliefs she said it much more fun to believe in them than not believe, but adds that, "Who knows, it could be an electrical circuit thing. But it's more fun to think that maybe someone is trying to communicate!"

Now about Bieber's ex, Selena Gomez, believing in the supernatural...

Last night on "The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon," Gomez said she has a ghost app on her phone and believes that "spirits can tap into technology." Check out her interview below where she tries out her app and gets some results.

Aziz Ansari Talks Ghosts With Jimmy Fallon

Aziz Ansari visits "Late Night With Jimmy Fallon" tonight and talks to Jimmy about his Halloween costumes, and speculates about how a ghost would behave in his building.

Just because: LeVar Burton and Jimmy Fallon sing 'Reading Rainbow'

No, this isn't paranormal but any kid that grew up with Reading Rainbow will dig watching LeVar Burton and Jimmy Fallon sing the theme. The duet is also timely since the show is kind of back now that it has been launched as a tablet app.

The erstwhile Geordi La Forge will also next be seen in the TNT show Perception about a paranoid schizophrenic who helps the FBI solve crimes. Burton will be the dean of the university the main character works. And for Fallon, this is the second time the Late Night host has sung the RR theme in a year - the first being when he appeared as Jim Morrison singing it with The Doors - so he is clearly a fan.
