Zombies Take Vegas For 'Walking Dead' Slot Game

The zombie apocalypse has struck Las Vegas! Don't worry though, you're safe for now. Your wallets and bank accounts, however, may not be as lucky. Earlier this summer, we told you about the slot machine based off of AMC's "The Walking Dead." Today, it debuted at the Las Vegas Global Gaming Expo (G2E).

The game, unleashed upon the Strip by Australian gaming company Aristocrat, takes you through the Zompoc and features high definition visuals (still and video) and realistic, apocalyptic audio.

To celebrate the release of the super high-tech machine, zombies were shambling the trade show floor and even attacking cabs outside! If you're in Sin City, stop by the Sands Expo & Convention Center and hit up booth #1141 to check out the slot machine for yourself and while you're at it, shuffle around the rest of the floor to check out the rest of the event!

Gamble on survival with new 'Walking Dead' Las Vegas slot machine

Zombies are quickly invading every facet of pop-culture, and soon they'll be infecting Las Vegas.

Aristocrat, an Australian gaming company, has received the OK (licensing rights) from the giants behind AMC's The Walking Dead to go forward with a slot machine based on the show. The machine itself is pretty fancy, featuring high definition photos, video and audio from the show. It seems like a hybrid cross between a slot machine and a console game, as it takes you on a journey through the Zombocalypse and you're playing for your life.

Oh, and money.

It is certainly no coincedence that the machine set to be unleashed in a casino near you this fall, as the release is timed to coincide with Season 4 of the show.
