'Weekends to Die For' Will Soon Haunt The Travel Channel

The Halloween Season is fast approaching, and for us, it’s the most wonderful time of the year. Thanks to the Travel Channel, our hunger for paranormal programming will be more than sated when it kicks off its third annual "Weekends to Die For" programming event.

Beginning on September 27 at 9 p.m. ET/PT with the one-hour special, Ghost Adventures: Up Close and Personal the channel will also air the series’ exciting 100th episode featuring St. Louis’ Exorcist House and a two-hour Transylvania-based Halloween special. Fans of the series will also get to hang out in the Ghost Adventures Fan Lair and check out the web series Ghost Fit on TravelChannel.com.

We’ll also be treated with the third season of Making Monsters, a Toy Hunter Halloween special and the fifth season of The Dead Files. The Travel Channel puts out some great Halloween docs too and this year is no exception. Two new one-hour specials called Halloween Night Frights and Halloween Craziest, will haunt our televisions this season.
