Syfy's transmedia show (experience, event?) which debuted last week following a year of build-up, became the channel’s most-watched scripted series premiere since 2006 (a previous record held by Eureka). Defiance also gave Syfy it's top performance in total viewers -- 2.7 million -- since a 2009 Warehouse 13 episode. On the game front, the Trion Worlds Defiance game has recorded more than six million hours of gameplay since its April 2 launch.
To prep you for tonight's episode, which airs at 9 p.m. ET, check out the two embedded clips after the jump. In the first, star Grant Bowler chats about the premiere episode. Meanwhile, in the second, we get a peek at episode two, titled "Down in the Ground Where the Dead Men Go." In tonight's ep, tensions kick up between Nolan (Bowler) and the Castithans. As an added bonus, we also include a rather risque pic of sexy-traterrestrial Stahma (Jaime Murray), who keeps up the Lady Macbeth act tonight.
