The moment is finally here, and we have full details and release of the "Maniac" remake starring Elijah Wood from IFC Midnight. 'Maniac' trailer slashes through UK

This March 15, England will be treated to what could possibly be the greatest remake and also the most disturbing horror film, Maniac.

So what's Maniac about? Oh, only about a serial killer (Elijah Wood) who lives in a mannequin factory and has a fetish for scalps! Well if it sounds terrifying, check out this trailer, filled with praises from the critics.

This is one remake looking to be just as great as the 1981 classic, if not better!
