Factory Entertainment Announces Comic Con 2014 Exclusive: A Set of 'Game of Thrones' Dragon Eggs

"Game of Thrones" may be ending their fourth season but San Diego Comic Con is flying at us faster than Daenerys Targaryen's three hungry dragons when they see a goat. Speaking of dragons, Factory Entertainment just announced the third of its many San Diego Comic Con exclusives... a set of "Game of Thrones" dragon eggs.

According to the announcement, "... these are no hard petrified eggs; they’re soft plushies and come with handy clips that allow you to safely attach them to your armor, Maester chain, backpack or rear view mirror. Pretty much anywhere you choose!"

They're described as "baseball-sized, and the set of 3 is presented in a beautiful window box. They will be available in a numbered limited edition of just 2000 pieces exclusively from the Factory Entertainment Booth #2747 while supplies last."

If you can't make the trek to SDCC to get your own, a limited quantity of the edition is put aside and is available now for pre-order while supplies last. They promise that you can order today safe in the knowledge that your dragon eggs will ship to you in August.

HBO Releases Third 'Game of Thrones' Trailer: 'Secrets'

HBO has just released a third trailer for "Game of Thrones" and this one is called "Secrets." Some familiar faces and some new ones as well as at least ten quotable lines grace this one-and-a-half-minute treat. Oh and those dragons are growing up so fast!

World's Largest Walking Robot Is Fire Breathing Dragon

Remember when Gozer told the Ghostbusters to choose the form of the Destructor? I kind of feel like Germany just chose for all of us with this fabulous robot that will, inevitably, come to life and wipe us out in a sci-fi and folkloric rage.

Ladies and gents, I give you the world's largest walking robot: A fire-breathing dragon.

As reported by NBC News, the dragon "Tradinno" (a mashup name of "tradition" and "innovation") is an 11-ton, 51-feet long beast with a 40-foot wingspan.

"The remote-controlled megatronic behemoth is the reptilian child of Germany's Zollner Elektronik AG. Built for show business ... this four-legged, wing flapping robot will replace the aging star of Germany's oldest folk play, 'Drachenstich,' performed each August in the Bavarian town of Furth im Wald," reports NBC.

The dragon is, according to the website, "driven by a 2.0-liter turbo diesel engine" with polyurethane and glass reinforced plastics skin, veins that bleed 21 gallons of stage blood on cue, and liquid gas for fire-breathing pyrotechnics.
