New Infographic Provides 'All You Need to Know About Batman v. Superman'

When we get such a sweet infographic sent to us, we like to share the coolness with our readers. From the cats over at Morphsuits.com comes this caped breakdown of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and we thinks it's both informative and fun.

Infographic Helps Celebrate the Tenth Anniversary of 'Lost'

J.J. Abrams' action-adventure series "Lost" ran from September 22, 2004 to May 23, 2010 on ABC. To celebrate the show's tenth anniversary, the folks over at Moviepilot created some cool infographics. The one below depicts "Kills in Lost" and, well, includes the show's characters and their kill count.

30th Anniversary of 'Ghostbusters' Honored in an Infographic

The 30th Anniversary of "Ghostbusters" deserves much attention this weekend. The supernatural comedy, directed and produced by Ivan Reitman and written by Dan Aykroyd and Harold Ramis, was released on June 8, 1984. It was a phenomenon to say the least. I remember it very well and became an instant fan. Hell, I already loved the paranormal so when it was released, it made this nerdy teen feel slightly cool. Remember hearing about the 1-800 phone number you can call to get in touch with them? It was always busy. I was crushed.

Anyway, there are many interesting facts tied to the film and a new infographic developed by Mike Seiders, provides some neat tidbits. For example, did you know Aykroyd wrote the film with John Belushi, Eddie Murphy and John Candy in mind for the leads? Chevy Chase and Michael Keaton turned down the role of Peter. Good. Bill Murray owned that role and I had a big crush on him. Ivan Reitman also voiced the roles of Slimer pigging out and did the voice of Zuul when Dana was possessed. My favorite fun fact? Pee-Wee Herman was supposed to play Gozer. I know, right? Madness.

'A World of Haunted Houses' Infographic Asks, 'Have You Ever Seen a Ghost?'

According to this infographic, "A World of Haunted Houses," beliefs about ghosts certainly vary around the world. We here in the United States have more people saying they've seen a ghost. However, compared to England and Canada, we don't believe as strongly as they do with only 45% of our population versus 52% in England and 47% in Canada. Why do you suppose this is true? There are 32% of Americans who also believe we can interact with ghosts. Are you in that percentage?

Out of the top five most notorious haunted destinations in the world, two of the five are in the United States (The Amityville House and The Myrtles Plantation). What is the Possibility of a Zombie Invasion? This Infographic Offers Answers

Zombies are all over the place these days and have infiltrated our brains quicker than they'd eat them. From commercials to hit TV shows to big budget films, it seems that we're already in the midst of an invasion of the walking dead. But is it an actual possibility?

According to an infograghic from NeoMam Infographic Studios, since the 1980s scientists have been seriously studying the likelihood of a zombie invasion. NeoMam decided to look into this further and created a breakdown of the most popular zombifiers and their plausibility of happening.

'Doctor Who' Infographic Details 50 Years Of Timey Wimey History

The good folks at HalloweenCostumes.com were already becoming a favorite for great infographics, but now they may have just secured the top slot.

With just a few days left until the big "Doctor Who" 50th Anniversary, the site has provided a super-fans guide to the Time Lord across five decades. After the jump, the chart details the background of the TARDIS, discusses different regenerations of the Doctor (including the short-haired version of Eight, and the newly introduced War Doctor), as well as tools of the Time Lord trade. This is pretty detailed and a lot of fun so allons-y and check it out.

Fashionable Batman: 'Evolution of the Bat Suit' Infographic

Holy Fashion Statement! We bet you never knew the Caped Crusader had so many looks ... unless you're a die-hard comic book fan. For those of you who aren't, take a gander at some of the wild and crazy Bat Suits sported over the years, thanks to this "Evolution of the Bat Suit" infographic via Moviepilot.com. 

From Batman's first appearance in 1939's Detective Comics #27 to the modern look we're all familiar with to everything in-between, you'll be surprised by some of his other looks. "Jungle Batman?" "Rainbow Batman?" And oh yeah, "Zebra Batman."

'Walking Dead' gets awesome infographic treatment

A recent Facebook poll conducted by CableTV.com indicated just how hungry fans are for The Walking Dead. The poll asked, "What TV show infographic would you like to see CableTV.com do next?" and an overwhelming 20k votes came in. The Walking Dead was the clear winner.

Well they’ve completed their work and it’s really cool and definitely worth checking out. Along with some fun facts (the term “zombie” is never used in the series), the interactive, animated feature includes juicy insider tidbits about the show’s make-up department are shared through the graphic as well as more detailed YouTube videos. One video features special effects guru, Greg Nicotero explaining the lengths they went through to create the well-known “Bicycle Girl” walker.
