Zombie Santa Night Infects the Hamilton Mall in NJ

Black Friday has come and gone, but the holiday horrors are far from over. If you thought it was safe to return to the mall, you'd better think again. Not only is Santa Claus coming to town, this time he's bringing zombies!

On Thursday, December 12, New Jersey's Hamilton Mall will be hosting an evening for zombiphiles to get into the holiday spirit. From 7-9PM, shoppers dressed in their finest zombie garb will receive $2 off a photo with the holly, jolly Mr. Kringle. When shoppers show their zombified souvenir Santa photos to customer service, they will receive a free, limited edition t-short designed by Project Runway winner, Jay McCarroll. The first 25 guests in line for the photo opportunity of an (un)lifetime will be treated to a Hollywood style zombie makeover by professional makeup artists, including Casey H. Paul of Terror Behind the Walls.

Dark Horse unveils 'Game of Thrones' White Walker statue

Apparently Sam’s dragonglass did not kill that creepy White Walker who was going after Gilly’s baby. Well, sort of. This December, you can invite Game of Thrones into your own home when Dark Horse releases their White Walker statue.

The press release reveals that the statue of this fierce creature will arrive in “finer comic shops, bookstores and specialty retailers on Dec. 18, 2013. The White Walker is a hand-painted, numbered limited edition collectible. Each bust is packaged in full-color collector box, will include a numbered certificate of authenticity. Retail price is $124.99.

From Dark Horse’s David Scroggy: “The first appearance of the White Walker was the climax of the show’s second season. We thought that would be a perfect image to seize. We used exotic resins to simulate his ice spear, and will also re-create the striking blue luminosity of his piercing eyes. Game of Thrones is one of the best television sagas ever, and we owe it to the audience to capture every detail. Hopefully, we’ve succeeded.”

Inkling brings art to tech

The pressure sensitive, digital sketch pen transfers your work from any standard piece of paper directly to your computer using the Inkling Sketch Manager software. Designs can then be exported to applications such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for further editing, and can be layered in digital files while you sketch on paper, providing immediate vector graphics.

Whether it's being used as a pro-tool or just a recording toy for those of us who doodle on the subway, Inkling is a pretty cool little piece of equipment.

This post-apocalyptic prepper weapon of mayhem was designed for one purpose: To rip "the ever-loving viral entrails and decaying brain matter out of zombies."

According to creator, blacksmith Stephen Heeney, if you want to stand out among the toughest of the tough after the zombie apocalypse, this unique weapon is the way to go. Check out the spiked head and the knuckle duster grip with spikes on the fist, allowing the user to knock out zombies while still holding onto their weapon. The handle is made out of welded chains for an extra touch of badassery.
