The Ouija Files: Murch Meets The Blue Ghost in Chicago

BY BOB MURCH

I saw a ghost this past weekend. Seriously, it’s true. After all the paranormal conferences I’ve attended and the many ghost hunts I’ve been on, I finally came face to face with a ghost. Not just any ghost mind you, but one that’s been haunting American living rooms for over seven decades. Nope, I hadn’t been drinking, I wasn’t doing drugs, and no I didn’t have a mental break down. I came face to face with a ghost, and I have photos and a witness to prove it, but I’ll get to all that in a bit.

Earlier this year I’d been invited to speak at Ursula Bielski’s Chicago Ghost Conference. I first met Ursula many moons ago at the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, Colorado. I love Ursula. She’s obsessed with the history and ghost lore of Chicago and I can relate to that. I get being obsessed with something. I’d never been to Chicago before so I jumped at the chance.

Most people don’t know it, but Chicago is arguably the Talking Board Capital of the World. Officially branded Ouija boards were made there for over a year starting in 1891 and J.M. Simmons’ Ouija boards were made in record numbers beginning in 1919. He made so many Ouija boards over the years that he was dubbed the Ouija King of Chicago. Then there are all the other talking board companies that exploded in the 40’s. For a time, the talking board business and Chicago went together like peas and carrots.

Official Teaser Trailer Released for Next Summer's 'Pan'

Courtesy Warner Bros.
The studios are getting their big summer trailers in and it's Warner Bros' turn with "Pan." The Joe Wright-directed film takes an unconventional look at the untold story behind the legend with which we're all familiar. A comical and heroic(?) Hook (Garrett Hedlund), and Hugh Jackman as the dastardly Blackbeard will alone be worth the ticket price. The young Peter (newcomer, Levi Miller) might just up being the favorite superhero of next summer.

The film also stars Rooney Mara and Amanda Seyfried and is scheduled to hit theaters on July 17.

Well, here we are. Part One of the "Sleepy Hollow" mid-season finale. Let's do this.

Desperate to clear their minds, Crane and Abbie play a Guess Who game when Katrina appears in a mirror to tell them that she's failed - Moloch still lives. Dammit Katrina, this is why you always clear your browsing history! Jenny and Irving are on the run for the border but Sheriff Reyes is hot on their tail so Abbie lets her sister know. Think you can kiss that FBI transfer good-bye now Leftenant. But back to the matter at hand, the sword of Enoch which was actually Methusela's sword given to Enoch to cut down 1000 demons. Ben Franklin (drink), hid the map to the spot where the sword lies in the symbolism of a snake which matches up exactly with a river. How enterprising of him. But they must know themselves completely or they will perish according to the prophecy. So it's like Mjolnir then but more deadly.

Ryan Buell to Release 'Power Rangers' Graphic Novel

Courtesy Ryan Buell's Facebook
Over the past week, former "Paranormal State" star, Ryan Buell has been making several announcements over on his Facebook page, namely that he has a new comic book hitting stores on November 25. Below is what he posted on November 20:

Note to fans: This graphic novel takes place right before the classic Mighty Morphin Power Rangers episode “Green with Evil.”

Funko to Release 'X-Files' Figures in February

It warms my heart that one of my favorite shows ever, "The X-Files," has endured despite ending twelve years ago. Case in point, Funko is releasing Pop! vinyl figures depicting not only Agents Fox Mulder and Dana Scully but also an alien and The Smoking Man. But wait! There's more! Wacky Wobblers of Mulder and Scully will also be available but unfortunately, we have to wait until February of 2015 to purchase.

Good news though, they're available for pre-order so maybe Santa can just present a receipt as a gift? The vinyls are $9.99 and the Wacky Wobblers are $12.99 and that's certainly a small price to pay to have this much awesome sitting on your shelf or...wherever, we don't judge.

Check out the figures (after the jump) and let us know what you think...we want the truth!

In The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Hogsmeade, it will be available at Three Broomsticks and Hog’s Head Pub.

Take an Exclusive First Look at Syfy's 'Ascension'

Syfy heads back into space starting December 15 at 9 p.m. ET with the premiere of the three-part series, "Ascension." After the show's official description via Syfy, check out an exclusive first-look followed by one of the event's trailers...

In the vein of past Syfy mini-series such as Taken, Alice, Tin Man and Battlestar Galactica, Ascension is a six-hour event set to debut on December 15.

In 1963, the U.S. government launched a covert space mission sending hundreds of men, women and children on a century-long voyage aboard the starship Ascension to populate a new world. Nearly 50 years into the journey, as they approach the point of no return, a mysterious murder of a young woman causes the ship’s population to question the true nature of their mission.

William Shatner to Guest Star on 'Haven'

Courtesy Yahoo!
It looks like "Haven" is getting a new resident in 2015. According to a recent press release from Syfy, William Shatner will be joining and greatly impacting the cast for four episodes next year. Check out the release below for all the stellar details, including clues about the mid-season finale.

The Shat hits the fan next year on Haven! William Shatner (Star Trek) is set to guest star in a four-episode arc on the Syfy fan-favorite series in 2015. Shatner will play a pivotal character that has the potential to forever impact the fate of the town of Haven and its troubled residents.

This year, Haven (airing Fridays at 7PM ET/PT), barrels towards its game-changing mid-season finale with the last two episodes of 2014.

In “Chemistry” (airing November 28), divided loyalties put Haven’s heroes at odds with one another, while a terrifying revelation changes everything. Jay Reso – also known as WWE Superstar Christian Cage – appears in the episode, reuniting with his real-life, lifelong friend and former tag-team partner, Adam Copeland (WWE Superstar Edge Rated R), who plays Dwight. In a recurring guest role, Reso will play McHugh, one of Dwight’s oldest and closest friends.

Then, in the mid-season finale “Chosen” (December 5), a shocking revelation threatens to upend the fragile stability of Haven. Mara’s endgame is finally revealed, while Audrey (Emily Rose) and Nathan (Lucas Bryant) pursue a plan to stop her once and for all.

There’s more Haven to come as the series returns to Syfy in 2015 with 13 all-new episodes. Shatner, Reso, Laura Mennell (Alphas) and Kris Lemche (Joan of Arcadia) are among the guest stars to be featured when the series returns next year.

'Jurassic World' Trailer Countdown Plus New Teaser

The park doesn't officially open until June 12, 2015 but the countdown is on to a (possible) Thanksgiving night trailer for Universal's "Jurassic World."  The countdown is located on the film's official website and although it doesn't say what it's counting down, this is the speculation. But wait...there's a brief teaser trailer available (courtesy of Bloody Disgusting) that although it offers no footage, it harkens back to that iconic scene from the original Spielberg film.

The Colin Trevorrow-directed "Jurassic World" stars Chris Pratt as an employee of the park who happens to conduct research on Velociraptors. I'd hate to work in the park's Workman's Comp department. Pratt is joined by Bryce Dallas Howard, Vincent D'Onofrio, Jake Johnson and Lauren Lapkus. BD Wong will also return as Dr Henry Wu.

Hey there, I'm very rich!
If you want to learn more about super rich investor, Simon Masrani (Irrfan Khan), head over to Universal's viral site for Masrani Global Corporation by clicking the link. There are some pics to enjoy as well as details about this company and CEO.

For now, all we have is some undulating H20 and the need for some patience until the trailer arrives. Let us know if you're looking forward to checking out the latest installment in the franchise next June 12.

Matt Smith To Star With Natalie Dormer in 'Patient Zero'

Courtesy IMDB
It looks like Matt Smith is digging hanging out with zombies, according to an exclusive from Deadline. The former star of "Doctor Who" and most recently, Screen Gems’ production "Pride And Prejudice And Zombies," will stick with Screen Gems and star opposite Natalie Dormer ("Game of Thrones") in "Patient Zero." The action thriller will be directed by Stefan Ruzowitzky, penned by Mike Le produced by and Vincent Newman.

Here's the film's description, thanks to Deadline...

In "Patient Zero," an unprecedented global pandemic of a super strain of rabies has resulted in the evolution of a new species driven by violence. An inexplicably immune human survivor with the ability to communicate with this new species must spearhead a hunt for "Patient Zero" in order to find a cure to save his infected wife and humanity.

In addition to these zombie (or, in this case, infected) flicks, Smith is starring in Paramount and Skydance’s "Terminator: Genisys" as well as the Ryan Gosling-directed, "Lost River."

No release date has been set for "Patient Zero" and "Pride and Prejudice and Zombies" is still filming. We'll keep you posted on release dates.

Nirvana Comes to 'American Horror Story: Freak Show'

Courtesy FX
If you tuned in for this week's "American Horror Story: Freak Show" episode, "Test of Strength," you got a little taste of Nirvana. Bringing some Cobain to Jupiter, 'Jimmy Darling' belted out a nice tribute with "Come As You Are" as we got to see what's up with other members of the cast.

Check out the tune below and let us know what you think of Ryan Murphy incorporating music into this season. The actual scene would have been cool to share but damn it, Evan Peters does a great tribute. Updated...after the recording, we've embedded a fan-made video of the actual scene.

We do hope you like the addition of songs to the show because there's more to come. According to The Huffington Post, Kathy Bates will be singing Hole's "Doll Parts" in an upcoming episode. The songs from the series are available for download on iTunes.

Tune in to the next episode on December 3, with the delightful title, "Blood Bath." The mid-season finale is December 17 but the series quickly returns on January 7 with "Magical Thinking."

The Ouija Files: Talking Board Historical Society Goes Public

BY BRANDON HODGE

Fans of Ouija now have a new avenue to celebrate their passion for the mysterious talking boards. This week, the Talking Board Historical Society debuted a new Facebook page that exploded in popularity overnight. Though formally established last year, the society’s roots trace back to 2008 as a loose affiliation of talking board collectors and enthusiasts brought together by talking board historian Robert Murch. The group is now raising its public profile in advance of 2015’s OuijaCon, set to take place in Baltimore on April 23-25.

The group’s most famous effort is erecting the talking board-inspired headstone at the unmarked grave of Ouija patentee Elijah Bond in Baltimore’s historic Green Mount Cemetery, which has since become the historic cemetery’s most-requested gravesite. In addition, they successfully petitioned the city of Baltimore to recognize William Fuld’s Harford Avenue Ouija factory, built in 1919, as a historical landmark, which became the first public landmark in Maryland acknowledging the city’s Ouija history. Next, the group hopes to honor the contributions of the medium Helen Peters Nosworthy to Ouija and American history, and is raising funds to place a marker at her grave commemorating her for giving the board its iconic name.

Horror-Themed Game Show 'Hellevator' Coming to GSN

It looks like a horror-themed game show is in development over at GSN, according to Deadline. Thanks to Jason Blum of Blumhouse Productions (Insidious, The Purge), Matador and GSN wanting to expand their programming, "Hellevator" is slated to be added to their competitive roster in 2015. They are also developing a show called "Steampunk’d" which is based on the "popular genre of science fiction and fantasy that fuses modern technology and Victorian Age aesthetics to turn everyday objects into works of art."

Deadline offers the following descriptions of both programs:

"Hellevator"

The horror-themed game show Hellevator features contestants entering a dark, mysterious warehouse – via an ominous-looking elevator – where they will compete in a series of scary, suspenseful and emotionally exhausting challenges. Only the survivors will make it out as winners. Hellevator is produced by Matador and Blumhouse Productions in association with Lionsgate Television. Matador’s Jay Peterson and Todd Lubin executive produce. Blumhouse Productions’ Jason Blum (“Paranormal Activity,” “The Purge,” “Insidious” and “Sinister” franchises), who won a 2014 Emmy® Award for “The Normal Heart,” also executive produces.

"Steampunk'd"

Steampunk’d is a wildly creative competition series featuring talented artists, designers and inventors who create “Steampunk,” a popular genre of science fiction and fantasy that fuses modern technology and Victorian Age aesthetics to turn everyday objects into works of art. Contestants will be challenged to marry objects from the past and present in order to create futuristic designs and inventions. Dramatic reveals each week will build to a grand finale of a fully Steampunk’d world, so get ready for “before” and “after” like none you’ve ever seen before! Steampunk’d is executive produced by Kimberly Belcher Ehrhard, John Ehrhard (“Hogan Knows Best,” “Miami Social”) and Lauren Stevens of Pink Sneakers Productions.

So what do you guys think of these ideas? Could they work? We'll keep you posted on when the shows will air.

'Sleepy Hollow' Recap: 'Mama'

Courtesy Fox
So many feels this week you guys. Let's do this.

There have been a rash of suicides at Tarrytown Psych where Jenny, Irving and Mama Mills all spent time so Sheriff Reyes assigns the case to Abbie with a free reign. Naturally. Her usual trusty sidekick seems to have fallen victim to the dreaded man-cold and the inability to open child proof containers, clearing the way for the Mills ladies to work their magic. Their allies? A lovesick Hawley, a felled Crane and Captain Irving who is fighting his own demons. Literally.  Viewing the security footage of the most recent suicide, they notice a figure in the the corner and it's Mama Mills, back from the grave. Hoo boy. Well, we know that Mama's demons were real but why cause others to choose the same death she chose?

When one white man falls, another will rise to take his place. Enter Hawley, purveyor of maps, charts and special matzoh ball soup for Crane. Clearly in Crane's time this would have meant that they were engaged. General Washington is named-dropped so drink your drink. Not you Crane, you're going sleepy-bye.

Reflections on This Week's 'The Walking Dead:' 'Consumed'

Courtesy AMC
This week's "The Walking Dead" aka "The Carol and Daryl" hour was one of the best if not the best episodes of this season. Their symbiotic relationship and the symbolism of fire throughout, made the action-packed "Consumed" have a hell of a lot of heart. On their quest for Beth, demons were resurrected but then (presumably) laid to rest with Carol's determination to start over.

The chemistry between Reedus and McBride is evident and this helps give clues into their character's deep relationship. Their interactions are effortless and even little exchanges give clues. I want to bring up a brief interaction I observed when they were in the temporary housing facility that I noticed no one is really talking about. Ready for me to get nit-picky and a bit controversial? Here I go...

Regarding the bunkbeds, I noticed the top bunk had a blue blanket and the bottom had a pink blanket and when Carol said to Daryl, "I'll take the top bunk. I think that one's more your style." a little light went off. Why did she say that to him? Has Daryl previously expressed that he's a fan of Pepto-pink bedspreads? Is it because of the flannel pillow case and lack of stuffed animals? His response was a quick, "Heh." but it seemed like a comfortable/friendly/playful little jab from Carol and he didn't seem to mind.

Was this a hint at all of those "Daryl might be gay" rumors? Was I just reaching here as a behavioral therapist who notices every little thing? Does it really matter? In a show where pretty much every little nuance means something, it possibly does. Also...why the hell didn't they hook up in that tightly sealed room? It's the zombie apocalypse! Get it on when you can and blow off some steam, ala Abraham-style! Perhaps their history of being abused by people who were supposed to love and keep them safe is a factor? Will Carol even survive her accident thanks to Beth? We probably won't even find out until the second half of the season anyway, will we?

Discuss if you'd like but only after you check out the video that takes us inside this week's episode and then watch the sneak peek of this Sunday's "Crossed."

'The Conjuring 2: The Enfield Poltergeist' Gets a Release Date

Farmiga & Wilson as the Warrens
It looks like the sequel to last year's horror hit, "The Conjuring" will be back to haunt theaters on June 10, 2016. According to The Hollywood Reporter, not only is James Wan returning to direct, the writing team of Chad and Carey Hayes will pen the film.

But wait! There's more! Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson will return as the paranormal dynamic duo of Ed and Lorraine Warren. They'll be tackling the creepy true case of the Enfield Poltergeist which has yielded the title, The Conjuring 2: The Enfield Poltergeist.

The case of the Enfield Poltergeist stems from the activity that occurred in the late 70s in a home in the borough of Enfield which is in England. Moving and overturned furniture, loud human as well as demonic voices, and levitation of single mom, Peggy Hodgson's kids are just some of the alleged claims that occurred and WARRENted (sorry, not sorry) an investigation of the rented home.

Sounds like a nice mix of paranormal goodness for Hollywood to get its hands on. If it's as scary as the first film, Warner Bros. will achieve more box office gold.

The film is scheduled to start shooting early summer 2015. We'll keep you posted on any new developments.

Get set for an action-packed thrill ride when The Avengers return in Marvel’s “Avengers: Age of Ultron” on May 1, 2015.

'Sleep Hollow' Recap: 'Heartless'

Courtesy Fox
BY DAWN FEAKES

Last week on "Sleepy Hollow," Henry impregnated his mother, Katrina the Useless Witch, with a Moloch-spider. I wonder what sort of trouble she'll get into this week. Let's do this.

Oh the insidious nature of daytime TV but it does force Crane and Katrina to address the secret elephant in the room - trust. Or lack thereof. You know Katrina, for someone who wants to earn back her husband's trust, you could try to be a little more sincere. While you two have been dancing around the relationship issues, Abbie's been busy tracking Henry who seems to have taken up pottery and organ collection. He's turned over a new leaf? Nah, just raised a succubus who likes nightclubs and nerds. Poor guy. Crane still wants to try to redeem Henry who doesn't seem to want to be redeemed but never mind that - father knows best.

Abraham and Henry enjoy a nice cuppa when the succubus returns and vomits out the soul into a chamber. Jeebus, Henry, you dismiss her without putting her back? Well that's just sloppy. What's this? Katrina is being semi-useful in identifying the cause of death but oh. Oh dear. She just had a fainting spell. Can you make me some quince tea dear? Abraham always had it around and it did calm my nerves. Sorry Leftenant, you are on your own with this one; I must attend to my untrustworthy wife. Where does she go? Hawley (again) who gets shot down (again) and butthurt (again.) No one is having a very good night here.

Epic Rap Battles of History: Ghostbusters vs Mythbusters

In the latest Epic Rap Battles of History, NicePeter and Epic LLOYD are back for a fourth season and it kicks off with the Ghostbusters taking on the Mythbusters. Obviously some major verbal ass-kicking ensues when Ray Stantz, Egon Spengler,  Peter Venkman, and Winston Zeddemore,  take on Jamie Hyneman, Adam Savage and the "B" team .

My vote goes to the Ghostbusters on this one but of course, you decide for yourself.

'Evil Dead' Series Coming to Starz and Bruce Campbell Will Star

Campbell looking suave as usual (IMDB)
Some damn groovy news just broke and yes, it has to do with Bruce Campbell and some dead that's... evil. An "Evil Dead" TV series is coming to Starz and not only will Bruce Campbell star as "Ash" but, according to Entertainment Weekly, "Original franchise director Sam Raimi will executive produce the series and write and direct the first episode, with Rob Tapert also executive producing." Excited yet? This isn't just pillow talk, baby.

Here's the logline:

“Bruce Campbell will be reprising his role as Ash, the stock boy, aging lothario and chainsaw-handed monster hunter who has spent the last 30 years avoiding responsibility, maturity and the terrors of the Evil Dead. When a Deadite plague threatens to destroy all of mankind, Ash is finally forced to face his demons –personal and literal. Destiny, it turns out, has no plans to release the unlikely hero from its ‘Evil’ grip.”

Campbell knows what fans of the franchise like and stated, “I’m really excited to bring this series to the Evil Dead fans worldwide — it’s going to be everything they have been clamoring for: serious deadite ass-kicking and plenty of outrageous humor."

According to Raimi, who teased this possibility at Comic-Con in July, “Evil Dead has always been a blast. Bruce, Rob, and I are thrilled to have the opportunity to tell the next chapter in Ash’s lame, but heroic saga. With his chainsaw arm and his ‘boomstick,’ Ash is back to kick some monster butt. And brother, this time there’s a truckload of it.”

Did he say boomstick? Hell yes he did! The series will debut on Starz in 2015 and the network's managing director Carmi Zlotnik added, “Starz first worked with Sam and Rob on Spartacus, and we are thrilled to be back in business with them. With Sam writing and directing and Bruce Campbell returning to the screen, we are certain the show will give Evil Dead fans around the world the fix they’ve been craving.”

Let us know what you think of this endeavor. Will it work? Are you looking forward to it?

The Ouija Files: Murch Discovers Exclusive Fuld Artwork

BY BOB MURCH

Ouija spells F-U-L-D-F-A-M-I-L-Y-F-U-N! The board is said to be “more interesting than a mystery story,” I couldn’t have said it better myself. Last month I had the amazing opportunity to help promote the new movie and Winning Moves’ Ouija Classic when Jeff Belanger and I spoke at an event for them in Salem, Massachusetts. I finally got to meet Irena who handles marketing for Winning Moves. She was awesome! She introduced me to her husband Steven who used to work at Parker Brothers. He had some great stories to share.

And then he dropped a bomb. He said that when Hasbro bought Parker Brothers in 1991 and consolidated its files it threw out a bunch of stuff. I’d heard this before and it always makes my heart sink. He saw the look on my face and said “Yup, they threw out a ton of stuff but I did save one piece of Ouija artwork, if you’re interested in it I could mail it to you?” I was dumbstruck, hell yeah I’d love to see it. So, we texted back and forth a few times and the following week the artwork he sent, arrived. I nearly fell off my seat when that iconic image of a man and woman came into focus! Here's a better look at that picture (below). That’s not a print; it’s the actual drawing.

In the episode airing tomorrow, November 6 at 10/9c, reports of an oppressive paranormal force lead John E.L. Tenney and Chad Lindberg to search for a manmade portal at the abandoned Holmesburg Prison in Philadelphia. Pennsylvania’s most violent and hardened convicts may have lived under lock and key at Holmesburg, but for nearly a century, rioting, assault, and murder ran rampant.

Chad believes that decades of negative energy have provided the prison with a perfect storm of dark, paranormal activity. But for John, the prison embodies the personal hell he faced during his near death experience. Over the course of two nights, they set out alone to explore the mysteries inside Holmesburg. One of them might not make it out.

Romance is Alive During the Zombie Apocalypse in the 2011 Short Film, 'Chomp'

Can there still be romance in the zombie apocalypse? Between zombies? According to this delightful award-winning short by Adam and Joe Horton that came out in 2011, the answer is a resounding, "Yes!"

In "Chomp," a lovely zombie girl meets an unsure-footed zombie boy when they find a dead dude. No candles needed at this romantic dinner...they just dig in. When they start eating the same piece of intestine, that spaghetti scene from "Lady and the Tramp" just gets a little less romantic. For dessert? They share one heart. Literally. Did they leave a tip? Sorry.

'Chomp' stars Marc Pickering and Georgina Strawson as the zombies and James Dean as the cadaver (no, the other James Dean). Many thanks to Bloody Disgusting for resurrecting this gem and bringing it to our attention. Enjoy!

Universal to Release Untitled 'Classic' Monster Movie in 2017

Not to be outdone by Marvel and its cinematic universe, Universal plans on doing something similar...but with their classic movie monsters. According to Variety, Universal's plans to reboot its classic monster franchises and "has dated an untitled monster movie for April 21, 2017."

Helmed by Alex Kurtzman (“Star Trek”) and Chris Morgan (“Fast and Furious” series) it will be a planned series and envelop the world's of the Mummy, Dracula, Frankenstein, the Wolfman, the Invisible Man and the Creature From the Black Lagoon. However, it's reported that, "Universal has already set a June 24, 2016, launch for its reboot of 'The Mummy' with Kurtzman producing along with Sean Daniel and Roberto Orci."

With the recent release of "Dracula Untold" though, we speculate that this was perhaps the first in the series. Or will it be more like the iconic 1931 Lugosi film? There's never enough movies about that lovable vamp, right? Maybe?

If Universal is going to do this, we hope they keep things on the side of nostalgia. Agreed? If not, let us know what you'd like to see as Universal jumps back on the reboot bandwagon.

The Ouija Files: Murch on His 'Ghost Adventures' with the ZoZo Demon

BY BOB MURCH

I've known Zak, Nick, and Aaron a long time. I first met these guys back at a paracon just before their show aired six years and ten seasons ago. I eventually got to work with them in Mansfield, Ohio where they invited me to speak at one of their Ghost Adventures Crew conferences. That's where I met Billy Tolley. I've known Jeff Belanger even longer! I met Jeff back when he was researching his second book of which I somehow made it into. I love that book!

A few months before we filmed the ZoZo episode I got a call from Jeff asking that if "Ghost Adventures" did a Ouija episode, what cases could they consider. Jeff is the writer and a researcher for the show so it made perfect sense. I gave him my top ten Ouija cases and they picked ZoZo.

Darren Evans and I go way back too. I try to chronicle every Ouija case I can and so we met through ZoZo. Darren had a pretty serious run in with an entity that called himself ZoZo and it sent him off on a lifelong journey to understand what ZoZo is and if others had similar experiences. He setup a website and an Internet radio show. Along the way, Darren became the Zozologist. After all these years of phone calls and emails I finally got to meet him and he didn't disappoint.

Last week Sheriff Corbin's son Joe was revealed to be a Wendigo in an elaborate plot by Henry to recover a hidden bottle of super demonic Chinese poison to be used to raise a spider. Everyone clear? Good, let's do this.

Katrina flashes back to sexy times with Ichabod when everything starts going woozy. This is why you should limit your consumption of poison spiders before bed. Meanwhile, Crane gets to see democracy in action as it's Voting Day though is disappointed with the lack of turnout. Preach, my man. Katrina thinks Abraham poisoned her but no, it's her loving son Henry. Abraham's like, but she was just about to crack! Alas, Moloch doesn't tolerate disobedience very well and by not very well I mean not at all. It's a Horseman throwdown which is great except for the whole being incapacitated by the sun thing. She escapes to a gas station where she collapses in pain and fear. Damsel in distress? Check.

'Ghost Stalkers' Capture Ghostly Figure on Camera

Last night on "Ghost Stalkers," some pretty amazing evidence was captured and we'd like you to take a look and share your thoughts. John E.L. Tenney and Chad Lindberg investigated the abandoned Old Taylor Memorial Hospital in Hawkinsville, Georgia, and after getting an already decent amount of paranormal activity, they ended up with what potentially could be the "Holy Grail" for paranormal investigators. Is it one of the shadow people that have been seen at the hospital? According to Tenney, this looks like a solid human form that reflects light rather than absorbs it.

Check out the video below and let us know your thoughts. "Ghost Stalkers" airs on Sundays at 10 p.m. ET on Destination America.
